2. What happens to my alarm if the A.C. power fails?

Your alarm is equipped with back-up batteries.

3. How do I contact a sales representative?

4. What happens if my phone line is cut or inoperative?

Your keypad will display a COMM FAIL or SERVICE PHONE FAIL. You should call the phone company to restore the line. Also, keep us informed once the line(s) have been restored.

5. How do I place my system on test mode?

Dial our central station at 1-800-341-9292. You will need to provide your account number and security pass code.

6. Why does my alarm keep beeping?

A beeping generally signals a trouble. Check the keypad and relay the message to us if you need help. Also, make sure your panel is not on Watch Mode. Refer to your user manual for further
information about Watch Mode.

7. How do I arm the system?

Enter your security code, followed by the [ENT] Enter button. You will hear the system start to count down, exit the building within the specified time parameters.

8. How do I disarm the system?

Enter your security code, followed by the [ENT] Enter button

9. How do I silence a trouble?

Enter your code number, followed by the [ESC] Escape button

10. My keypad shows events that occurred last night, how do I clear it?

Enter COMMAND 4, or enter your code number followed by the [ESC] Key

11. I lost or forgot my security code, how do I get a new one?

An authorized party from your company will need to email: admin@peninsulasecurity.com or call us at 650-369-7100 x113 to request a new code or recover your existing code.

12. How do we change the response call list in the event of an alarm?

An authorized party from your company will need to email or call us to request this change. Email and phone number is the same as shown above.

13. Can I view our alarm activity on the internet?

Yes, we offer online account access. Contact 650-369-7100 x113 for more information.

14. Our staff accidentally set off the alarm, what do we do?

Dial our central station at 800-341-9292 and notify them of the false alarm. You will need to provide your account number and pass code. Next, enter your code number on the keypad and press
[ENT] button to disarm the alarm.
